Great Lakes Compact Symposium

To commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Great Lakes Compact, the University of Michigan, in collaboration with the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Compact Council, held a public symposium with panels discussing the past, present, and future of the Great Lakes.
