This workshop provides an overview of learning analytics, touching on tools and techniques as well as ethical considerations.

We will explore how learning analytics in Canvas and MiVideo can provide deeper insights for instructors about student interactions with learning materials.

We will also look at analytics for students that support their metacognitive and self-regulated learning skills.
